Our Mission
The Outreach Farm Project supplies the Community Mission of Hope and other food pantries with fresh locally grown produce.
Each year, we open our Virtual Farm Stand to the public who can purchase fresh produce with all proceeds donated to Community Mission of Hope.

Hunter's Harvest
The Outreach Farm Project does one additional event at the end of the year which is a “Pumpkin Patch”. We grow one field of pumpkins (four different kinds) and all proceeds from this event are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Hunter Conner’s name and memory.
